Apple and Banana Smoothie
INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
- Chopped Apple : 1/2bowl
- Chopped Banana : 1
- Cinnamon powder : ¼ tsp
- Chia Seeds : 1 tsp
- Curd : 3 tsp
- Honey : 1 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Wash and chop apple.
- Soak Chia seeds.
- Chop 1 banana.
- Add chopped banana and apple into blender jar.
- Add cinnamon powder and soaked chia seeds into jar.
- Add curd and honey into the blender jar and blend it.
- Take it out in a glass and garnish it with chopped bananas pieces.
