Chickpea Salad
INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
- Onion : 1/2
- Tomato : ½
- Cucumber : ½
- Green Chilli : 1
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper : to taste
- Red Chilli powder : ½ tsp
- Boiled Chickpeas: 1 bowl
- Lemon : ½
- Coriander leaves : a sprig
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Boil 1 bowl chickpeas.
- Take them out in a bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and green chilli.
- Add the seasonings and a dash of lemon.
- Serve and garnish it with coriander leaves.
