Poshtik Cheela
INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
- Oil : 1 tsp
- Carrot : 1
- Onion : ½
- Bengal Gram Flour : ½,bowl
- Whole Wheat Flour : ½ bowl
- Radish leaves: 3 sprigs
- Coriander leaves: a sprig
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper : to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Chop onion, carrot, radish leaves and coriander leaves.
- Prepare a batter of pouring consistency with whole wheat flour and bengal gram flour and water.
- Add chopped vegetables and seasonings
- Heat tawa/griddle, smear with oil and put a ladleful of batter and cook the cheela on both sides using little oil.
- Serve hot.
